How do I register as a health provider?
Registration is free. Contact us at info@yourhealthwallet.com or call 1300 949 287 to register your practice. Once registered, you can receive direct payment from member accounts.
How does payment work for registered providers?
Members submit invoices through the member portal. Payment is made directly to your registered Australian bank account, typically within 3–5 business days.
What types of providers can register?
Any AHPRA-registered or approved health provider — dental, optical, physiotherapy, chiropractic, podiatry, psychology, occupational therapy, speech therapy, dietitian, and more.
Are there any fees for providers?
No fees for registered providers. The non-registered provider processing fee (10% capped at $10) is charged to the member, not the provider.
